目前 OCW 平台帳號認證信寄送功能異常，相關問題處理方式如下：
未收到帳號認證信
帳號目前採人工方式開通，平日固定於 10:00、14:00 及 16:00 進行後台開通作業。請於上述時段後直接登入平台即可，無須等待或收取帳號認證信。
若於開通時段後仍無法登入，請寄信至 astyyqx@ccu.edu.tw。信件主旨請註明「OCW帳號尚未開通」，並提供「註冊信箱」。系統顯示「信箱已註冊」
若未曾註冊過，但系統顯示「信箱已註冊」，通常為過去曾註冊過但已忘記帳號密碼。
請寄信至 astyyqx@ccu.edu.tw。信件主旨請註明「OCW忘記帳號密碼」，並提供「註冊信箱」及「聯繫電話」。忘記帳號
帳號依個人註冊設定不同，可能為「學號」、「電子郵件」或「英文與數字組合」。

密碼長度至少 8 碼，且須至少包含 1 個英文大寫字母、1 個英文小寫字母及 1 個數字。

The OCW platform is currently experiencing issues with account verification emails.
